Nitto 3100 H5 is a self-adhesive PE protective film with a thickness of 105 μm. It can be used to protect aluminum and chrome steelwith a thickness of up to 5 mm during CO2, N2, or O2 laser cutting operations. This product combines a white UV-resistant PE carrier with a blue print with a highly effective rubber-based adhesive and a special wax release layer. It is ideal for use as a protective film during laser cutting – and is specifically intended for the latest generation of high-performance laser cutting systems.

The metal does not have to be vaporized and no pre-cutting is required. This protective film is perfect for providing metal surfaces with protection as they undergo various (3D) forming processes. This film can be removed without any traces of residue and it is recyclable.
